Looks like SUSA beats out most other polling organizations, but there are a few (e.g., Washington Post, Seltzer and Company, Houston Chronicle) that beat out SUSA in some metrics.

The interesting thing to me was the source of the metrics for evaluating polling accuracy: Remember “Dewey Defeats Truman”? There apparently was a congressional study into polling accuracy that resulted in some methods for evaluating polls (see bottom of page).
